Liz has been a certified Massage Therapist for the past 20 years. In addition to her education and training, she has a gift -- a gift of intuition and insight for muscles and how they deal with everyday stress.

She used to be a college athlete which gave her first hand experience dealing with over used muscles and injuries. She also worked as a Nurse Tech for Inova Fairfax Hospital on the High Risk Perinatal unit and Gynecology surgical unit for over 5 years. These experiences provided her with many learning opportunities in helping with patient care.

In addition to her wealth of experience, Liz is also a Licensed Medical Massage Practitioner. Combined with her skills in neuromuscular therapy, trigger point therapy and deep tissue massage, Liz is able to assist her clients in finding true pain and stress relief through various modalities such as Massage Cupping and Hot Stone.

Liz's passion lies in helping her clients through individualized therapeutic massage programs which target specific problematic areas of the body, providing relief. Her mission is to relieve a client’s pain and stiffness to restore quality of life with daily activities.
