Liz has been a certified Massage Therapist for the past 22 years. In addition to her education and training, she has a gift -- a gift of intuition and insight for muscles and how they deal with everyday stress.

She used to be a college athlete which gave her first hand experience dealing with over used muscles and injuries. She also worked as a Nurse Tech for Inova Fairfax Hospital on the High Risk Perinatal unit and Gynecology surgical unit for over 5 years. These experiences provided her with many learning opportunities in helping with patient care.

In addition to her wealth of experience, Liz is a Neuromuscular Massage Therapist defined as "a type of massage that focuses on treating muscle pain, nerve compression, and trigger points rather than just relaxation".  Liz is able to assist her clients in finding true pain and stress relief through releasing Myofascial Trigger Points. Liz uses modalities of Hot Stone and Massage Cupping as needed to assist in treaments,
